Local produce of your choice for a delicious cooked breakfast is requested the evening before and is prepared and served at the time you would like to eat – between 7am and 9am.

We source eggs from the local farm – Abbey Leys as well as organic mushrooms and tomatoes.

Your eggs can be fried, poached, scrambled or boiled or in an omelette if you prefer, (maybe with a little cheese?)
Back bacon and Cumberland sausages come from Waugh Butchers.
Heinz baked beans
Finest quality Bury Black Pudding – award winning and cooked the ‘proper’ way – boiled, a Northern tradition.

Our bread comes from the specialty bakers – Sextons in Lymm, baked to perfection after being weighed and measured.

A variety of jams and marmalade is on the table to complement your toast – brown or white.

Our Tea Room is open from noon until 4pm serving tea, cake and light lunches. Our Sunday roast lunches are available from noon until 5pm and are fully licensed.

We can cater for vegetarians if we are informed when the room is booked.

Wine is also available.
